Refund Policy
Because the products are digital, special refund rules apply — please read before buying.
Digital products
Once a code is delivered or revealed, it is considered used and cannot be refunded or exchanged — a digital product can't be returned after it's shown.
Exceptions
We replace the code or refund you if: the code was not delivered, or an invalid code that has not been used yet. Contact us within 24 hours with your order number.
Region
Buying a code for a region incompatible with your account is not grounds for a refund — the region is clearly stated on the product page.
