Does the region matter?
Yes — some cards only work on an account from the same country/region. The region is shown on each product page; check it before buying.
I didn't get my code — what now?
Check “My orders”, your account and your email (and spam). If it's still missing, email info@kwcodez.com with your order number.
Are the codes official?
Yes, we provide official codes from authorized sources.
Can I get a refund?
Digital products are non-refundable once revealed, with exceptions (code not delivered / invalid). See the Refund Policy.
